FinOS Technology is a fintech company with the mission to deliver simple, accessible, and tech-enabled financial products & services through the digital ecosystem. We are building innovative financial technology solutions that empower people and businesses across the BFSI sector.

1. AWS Infrastructure & Cost Optimization (50%)

• Maintain and optimize AWS production infrastructure
• Analyze AWS spending and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Right-size compute and storage resources (EC2, EKS nodes, RDS)
• Implement Reserved Instances and Savings Plans strategies
• Manage S3 lifecycle policies and EBS cleanup
• Optimize network and data transfer costs

2. CI/CD & Automation (25%)

• Maintain Jenkins pipelines and GitHub Actions workflows
• Implement GitOps practices
• Automate cost reporting and monitoring
• Build self-service tools for developers

3. Infrastructure Management (15%)

• Maintain Proxmox/Ceph non-production environments
• Manage and upgrade EKS clusters
• Perform security patching and infrastructure monitoring

4. Documentation & Collaboration (10%)

• Support developers with infrastructure-related requests
• Document optimization processes and best practices
• Create and maintain runbooks and internal knowledge base

Must Have:

AWS (3+ years)

• Hands-on production experience: EC2, EKS, RDS, S3, VPC, IAM
• Terraform or CloudFormation proficiency
• Familiar with AWS cost tools: Cost Explorer, Trusted Advisor, Billing Console
• Deep understanding of pricing models, Reserved Instances, and Savings Plans

Kubernetes (2+ years)

• EKS or other production-grade Kubernetes operations
• Resource management, scaling, and troubleshooting
• Helm and monitoring experience

CI/CD (2+ years)

• Experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools
• Understanding of GitOps principles
• Pipeline automation

Linux & Scripting (3+ years)

• Linux system administration
• Python for automation
• Strong Bash scripting

Infrastructure as Code (2+ years)

• Terraform (preferred) or CloudFormation
• Git-based workflows

Problem-Solving

• Strong analytical and debugging approach
• Independent investigation and research skills

Highly Preferred:

AI Tool Proficiency 

• Active user of ChatGPT, Claude, or GitHub Copilot
• Leverages AI for troubleshooting, scripting, and automation
• Validates and reviews AI-generated outputs

Cost Optimization Expertise 

• Proven experience in AWS cost reduction projects
• Deep knowledge of AWS pricing and optimization strategies
• Ability to calculate and present ROI effectively

Communication and Presentation Skills

• Strong technical writing and documentation ability
• Able to explain complex technical topics to non-technical audiences
• Knowledge-sharing and mentoring mindset

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Ceph/Proxmox
• Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack
• Background in FinOps or cloud financial management
