As a Senior Java Developer, you will be the technical backbone of our engineering team, architecting scalable solutions for millions of users.
- Core Development: Transform user stories into high-performance, reliable production code and realistic prototypes.
- System Architecture: Design and optimize backend systems, identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks that impact the entire stack.
- Engineering Excellence: Champion best software engineering practices and ensure code quality through rigorous reviews and structural improvements.
- Mentorship & Growth: Act as a technical mentor for junior members and partner with the Project Manager to conduct technical interviews.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with PMs, BAs, SAs, UX, and R&D teams to deliver holistic software solutions.

Job Requirement
Must Have
- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in software development.
- Deep expertise in Java and Microservices architecture.
- Solid command of OOP, SOLID principles, and Design Patterns.
- Proficiency in Relational Databases (SQL) and ORM technologies.
- Experience in REST API design and implementation.
- Strong grasp of CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, and version control (Git).
- Familiarity with Unit Testing methodologies (TDD, BDD).
Nice to Have
- Understanding of Message Queues and Authentication mechanisms (OAuth, JWT).
- DevOps mindset with experience in Cloud or On-premise environments.
- AI Literacy: Willingness to leverage AI tools to boost productivity and code quality.
- Soft Skills:
