Join our team to develop and implement innovative software solutions in the exciting fields of Artificial Intelligence and Process Automation. You will be instrumental in building the next generation of conversational and automated systems for enterprise environments.

• Develop and maintain applications for voicebots, chatbots, and process automation using strong programming skills in one or more relevant languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, etc.).
• Utilize various technologies for integration, backend, and frontend components as required by the solution architecture.
• Support or lead the implementation of projects centered on Conversational AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, and agentic coding.
• Contribute to the introduction and integration of speech technologies (Text-to-Speech, Speech-to-Text) and intelligent automation into business workflows.
• Design and build robust API integrations and solutions that fit into existing enterprise architectures and cloud environments. 
• For Senior candidates: Take ownership of technical design, architecture, quality assurance, and provide technical leadership or coaching to colleagues on modern AI/Automation practices.

• A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, or a comparable technical field.
• Demonstrable programming proficiency in one or more enterprise-level languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript).
• Experience or strong knowledge of web technologies for integration and service development (APIs, microservices).
• Initial (Junior) to several years (Senior) of professional experience in software development, ideally focusing on AI, automation, or language processing.
• Interest in or experience with AI technologies such as RAG systems, chatbot frameworks, and speech APIs (e.g., Whisper, Azure Speech Services).
• Familiarity with relevant libraries (e.g., LangChain, FastAPI, spaCy, Transformers, OpenAI SDKs) is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a structured approach to problem-solving.
• Very good English communication skills (both verbal & written)
