Overview of job

• Act as a Scrum Master, coaching and facilitating one or multiple teams in adopting and continuously improving Agile practices.
• Partner with technical leaders to establish, maintain, and evolve engineering practices that ensure high-quality deliverables, and exceeding customer expectations.
• Collaborate closely with key customer stakeholders—primarily based in the U.S.—to ensure effective onshore–offshore coordination and proactively resolve blockers when needed.
• Serve as a servant leader, inspiring, motivating, and developing team members to build high-performing, cohesive, and successful teams.
• Actively support delivery execution by identifying risks, removing impediments, and ensuring teams remain focused on value-driven outcomes.

• Strong foundation in software requirements, development processes, project management, and people leadership.
• 3+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master in Agile environments, with high adaptability to new processes and the ability to tailor and enhance Agile practices to fit team and project needs.
• 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams, including Business Analysts, Developers, and QA engineers (both manual and automation).
• Proven track record of excellence in project management, practice/service management, and mentoring others in leadership and delivery best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
• Strong presentation, communication, and client relationship management skills.
• Well-developed organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• PMP and/or Scrum Master certifications are highly desirable.
• Experience delivering projects with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices is a strong plus.
• Experience working with US/EU stakeholders is a plus.
