Acceptance Criteria & Vendor Requests

• Collaborate with Solution Analysts (SAs) and Team leaders (TLs) to embed detailed ACs in requests sent to vendors, to ensure ACs cover both functional and non-functional requirements, in order to prevent faulty deployments.

Validation & Testing

• Validate vendor deliverables against ACs throughout System integration test (SIT) and User acceptance test (UAT).
• Coordinate SIT and UAT execution with business stakeholders and vendors.
• Drive resolution efforts. Track, triage, and ensure closure of defects with pay/no-pay tag.
• Independent approach is expected, with team support for complex solutions.

Engineering & Automation

• Develop Utilize and maintain automation scripts for regression and acceptance tests.
• Build dashboards (e.g., quality KPIs, defect metrics, vendor effort evidence).
• Create Utilize and improve tools/utilities for test data generation, deployment validation, and log parsing.

Deployment & Release Assurance

• Review deployment/rollback plans and release documentation.
• Participate in Go/No-Go and post-release validation.

Incident Management & RCA

• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) of quality failures and incidents.
• Serve as L2 escalation for assigned systems, for incident resolution.

Key Requirements:

• At least 3 years in QA/QC engineering or delivery assurance with automation test experiences is a strong plus
• Proven ability to translate requirements into ACs.
• Skilled and structured in RCA and operational troubleshooting.
• Fluent English.
• Personal characteristic: “builder” mentality — looks for ways to automate repetitive checks.
• Experience in scripting/automation (Python, JS, or equivalent) is a plus
• Banking/fintech domain experiences is a plus
