About the Role:

Join our Identity & Access Management (IAM) Team to drive engineering and assurance for IAM controls across all FWD markets. You’ll independently deliver IAM capabilities, enhance IT Security solutions, and collaborate with global teams to ensure robust identity management and compliance.

Requirements:

As an IAM Security Engineering (SailPoint), you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Lead new application onboarding and enhancements for IAM integration.
• Define, implement, and continuously improve IT Security Engineering initiatives and projects.
• Develop and maintain operational requirements and SOPs for IAM solutions.
• Collaborate with Cyber Incident Response and Threat Intel teams to address risks and drive improvements.
• Support business units in building local IT Security solutions and manage project resources.

• 7–10 years of experience in Identity and Access Management, with deep expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ (v8.x).
• Proven experience in SailPoint IIQ design, implementation, and migration (v7.3 to v8.x).
• Strong skills in configuring connectors (JDBC, AD, LDAP, flat files), provisioning workflows, and governance compliance.
• Proficiency in Java/J2EE and developing custom SailPoint rules and workflows.
• Experience with audit reporting (SOX, PCI, CPNI), risk management, and documentation.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Nice To Have: 

• Web service development, REST API, DevOps tools, database (Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL), directory (LDAP, AD) experience, and Agile project delivery.
