Job Description

Our HCM is an enterprise HR SaaS platform currently in active operation and continuous expansion. The system covers Core HR, Attendance, Payroll, Advance HR, Employee Self-Service (ESS), HR Development, Workflow Automation, System Integrations, and Custom Modules for Enterprise Clients.

We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer who will design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks to ensure high product quality and reliability. The role involves integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to support fast, stable, and repeatable releases while increasing automation coverage across regression, smoke, and functional testing to reduce manual effort. You will identify, analyze, and report defects early by collaborating closely with developers and DevOps teams, and continuously improve QA processes, tools, and test strategies to enhance overall release confidence and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Framework Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test frameworks for Web, Mobile, and API platforms.
• Test Strategy & Planning: Analyze business requirements and technical specifications to define comprehensive automation test plans.
• Scripting & Execution: Create and execute high-quality automated test scripts to identify software defects early in the development cycle.
• CI/CD Integration: Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) to enable continuous testing.
• Bug Tracking & Analysis: Identify, document, and track software defects. Collaborate with developers to ensure timely resolution.
• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies to increase efficiency.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Developers, SAs, and key stakeholders to align on quality standards and ensure full-spectrum test coverage.

Experience

• Experience: 3–5 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, with at least 2 years focused on Test Automation.
• Programming Skills: Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#).
• Automation Tools: Strong experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Robot Framework, Playwright, or Appium.
• API Testing: Hands-on experience in API testing using Postman, RestAssured, or similar tools.
• Database: Proficient in SQL for data validation and backend testing.
• Version Control: Experience with Git or other version control systems.
• Agile Methodology: Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum development processes.

Preferred:

• Experience in setting up automation frameworks from scratch.
• Knowledge of Performance/Load Testing tools (e.g., JMeter, K6).
• Experience with Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• ISTQB Certification (Foundation or Test Automation Engineer).

Language

• Able to communicate in English in a professional working environment (reading technical documents, participating in discussions with international team members)
