We are looking for Senior Frontend Engineers to drive the delivery of AI and data-driven products in banking and finance within a complex enterprise environment. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading technology company in Vietnam and become part of the core team building sophisticated, high-performance, and intuitive user interfaces that power our AI products and platform services. 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with Product Managers and Designers to implement and design the next generation of products
• Develop robust, scalable features and ensure code quality by writing comprehensive unit tests. 
• Partner with backend teams to define, shape, and optimize RESTful API endpoints for seamless integration.
• Work with UX teams to deliver important functionality to our flagship application
• Act as a core contributor to the frontend engineering team, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.
• Maintain excellent coding standards and practices
• Design, develop, review, implement and manage ReactJS application code for the production
• Understand the requirements of the business and utilize this knowledge to develop applications that are consistent with this
• Work with delivery teams to achieve success through development using CI/CD and DevOps practices, processes, and tooling

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

• 4+ years of Software Development experience (Lead position requires 1+ year leading/mentoring).
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and ReactJS ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience with Next.js (SSR/SSG) and modern data-fetching (React Query/SWR).
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, Clean Code, SOLID, and Advanced React Patterns.
• Expert in HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS, Responsive Design, and Accessibility/SEO.
• Proficient with modern build tools (Git, Webpack/Vite) and testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).
• Strong problem-solving skills and proven experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
