Job description

Overview of job

1. Requirement Gathering & Analysis

  • Design and implement global network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, VPN, routing, switching, and firewall configurations.
  • Participate in building scalable and secure network architecture aligned with global standards.
  • Support wired business communication channels and ensure optimal performance of enterprise network services.

2. Network Operations & Incident Response

  • Provide immediate response to network failures and service interruptions, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Monitor network health, analyse performance issues, and perform proactive maintenance.
  • Manage operational requests, troubleshoot customer issues, and deliver high-quality service support.

3. Technical Collaboration & Cloud Integration

  • Collaborate with global engineering and operations teams for network optimization and problem resolution.
  • Support integration and operation of network components within cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
  • Automate network operation tasks using Python for efficiency and reliability improvements.

4. Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate network documentation, configuration records, and operational guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies, operational standards, and audit requirements.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance network reliability and service quality.

Job Requirement

[Required]

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Hands‑on experience in network operations and customer service environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to respond quickly to critical incidents.

[Preferred]

  • Experience working with AWS or GCP network services.
  • Python development capability for automation and operational tooling.
  • Fluent English communication skills, including telephone discussions in global operational scenarios.
  • Cisco CCNA/CCNP certification or equivalent professional expertise.
  • Strong experience in network design and implementation (routers, switches, firewalls).
  • Experience operating networks in global or multi‑region enterprise environments.
  • Knowledge of network security technologies (IPS/IDS, firewall policies, access control).
  • Familiarity with network monitoring tools such as Zabbix, SolarWinds, or Nagios.
  • Experience supporting 24/7 operations or participating in on‑call rotations.
  • Ability to work cross‑functionally in multicultural and fast‑paced environments.
