As a Senior Business Analyst within Dirox Insight, you are the "Pathfinder." You map the terrain before the climb begins. You don't just take orders; you translate the client's "Desire" into a clear, actionable "Route."

• Chart the Course: Collaborate with Product Owners to turn vague ideas into concrete roadmaps. You identify the "Summit" (Business Goals) and define the safest path to get there.
• Translate the Dialect: Act as the vital bridge between Business and Tech. You translate complex client needs into precise technical specifications (User Stories) that our "Muscle" (The Studio) can execute perfectly.
• AI-Powered Navigation: Leverage AI tools to accelerate requirement gathering and documentation. You use modern tech to draft scenarios and brainstorm solutions faster than traditional methods.
• Sherpa Guidance: Mentor junior BAs and foster a culture of "Deep Understanding." You ensure the whole team knows Why we are building, not just What.

The Core (Must-Have):

• 5+ Years of Navigation: Deep experience in Business Analysis, capable of leading the requirement phase independently.
• Agile Mastery: Strong command of Agile/Scrum methodologies. You know how to break a long journey into manageable sprints.
• Requirement Modeling: Expert in visualizing the path using diagrams (BPMN, UML) and wireframes (Figma, Draw.io). You make the invisible visible.

The Toolkit:

• Tech-Savvy: Understanding of technical concepts (APIs, SQL, System Integration) to speak the same language as developers.
• Tool Proficiency: Mastery of Jira, Confluence, and modeling tools.
