Overview of job

THE POSITION

We are looking for a System Developer (Java) to join our IT Engineering team. The role is responsible for designing system solutions to support business needs and participating in programming activities, including development, testing, deployment, and system improvement initiatives.

You will collaborate with internal teams and international colleagues to build and maintain reliable technical solutions that support business operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Implement Technical Solutions

  • Clarify and analyze technical requirements from stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement software solutions using Java.
  • Perform testing to ensure system functionality and reliability.
  • Develop application documentation and user guidelines.
  • Deploy new system features and enhancements.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and standards.

2. System Support

  • Monitor and analyze system errors and incidents.
  • Recommend technical solutions and preventive improvements.
  • Provide support and guidance to system users.

3. Troubleshooting

  • Investigate and resolve system-related incidents.
  • Identify root causes and implement long-term solutions.

4. Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to optimize system utilization and development processes.
  • Propose and implement improvement initiatives, including new procedures or technical solutions.
  • Support efforts to enhance developers’ performance and workflow efficiency.

5. Other Responsibilities

  • Perform other duties as assigned by management when required.

Job Requirement

1. Education

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Information Technology or a related field.

2. Experience

  • At least 3 years of experience in Java development.
  • Experience working with overseas clients or international colleagues is a plus.

3. Technical Skills

  • Strong Java programming skills.
  • Experience with AWS (Amazon Web Services).

4. Soft Skills

  • Good English communication skills.
  • Strong time management and ability to work with deadlines.
  • Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude.
