Overview of job

• Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using ReactJS and NodeJS.
• Design scalable REST APIs and backend services.
• Build modern frontend interfaces with React and optimize application performance.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and support containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality software.
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to system scalability and reliability.
• Provide technical guidance to team members and demonstrate the potential to grow into a Technical Lead or Development Lead role.

• Working with operational, finance, retail and technical teams across the organization to identify opportunities, develop sound business cases and drive measurements of actions to continuously improve on the inputs and ultimately the outputs of the business
• Working with large volumes and big data, in a highly complex business
• Working with business intelligence tools, accessing and working with big data from multiple sources, and partnering with the business to identify strategic opportunities and deliver results

• From 07 years of hands-on experience in web application development, with strong expertise in ReactJS and NodeJS.
• Strong experience in full-stack architecture design and development for enterprise web applications.
• Solid database skills: relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL (MongoDB), including query optimization and schema migrations.
• Experience implementing DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar). 
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes (K8s).
• Strong experience in code quality control, including linting, unit testing, integration testing, and code reviews.
• Good understanding of software architecture, scalability, and system reliability.
• Ability to work closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience leading development teams, coordinating tasks, and driving technical initiatives is highly preferred.
• Experience developing software in the dental or medical imaging domain is a strong plus.
