Overview of job

We are seeking motivated Senior Fullstack Engineers (ReactJs) who are passionate, results-focused to take accountability for the design and delivery of Microservices that will be used by banking front end applications. You will be part of our delivery team and will be responsible for providing technical leadership throughout all phases of the software delivery life cycle as we initiate a transformation of NAB technology.

YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support for application code and services that your Agile Team builds.
• Design, build and manage continuous integration, build management and deployment scripts, systems, and any code as required.
• Participate in Agile software development, prototyping, and code review with international development teams to build scalable microservices-based products.
• Understand the requirements of the Product Owner and utilize this knowledge to develop applications that are consistent with this.
• Work with delivery teams to achieve success through development using CI/CD and DevOps practices, processes and tooling.
• Provide robust coding practices, solid unit and component test coverage, and code debugging.
• Fulfil other tasks as assigned by your People Leader and/or authorized representative of NAB Vietnam from time to time.

Must have

• Experience in AI technology – refined skills in prompt engineering, working experience with Anthropic Claude, and well verse with Cursor IDE.
• 5+ years’ experience working in Software Development, solid experience in JavaScript ES6/TypeScript working with React.js
• Expert in all areas of web development (HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Foundation, JQuery, JSON) including accessibility and security concerns
• Ability to design React applications using layout management
• Ability to leverage developer tooling, and CI/CD pipelines to deploy artefacts
• Ability to build BFF components (Java)
• Experience in Cloud computing, especially Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Understanding of RESTful APIs design (GraphQL desirable) and Microservicesbased systems
• Solid experience in Agile (Scrum model) development environments
• Well-versed in writing structured, well-documented, maintainable, and clean code
• Strong English communication skills (both verbal & written), especially in the global software development environment

Nice-to-have

• Experience in the Banking or Financial Services industry;
• Experience in using front-end testing and test runners (eg. Selenium, Mocha/Chai/Jest).
• Any additional certification or training in IT, Business, Computer Science, or related area.
