For one of our clients, TOG Recruitment is looking for a System Engineer, to work in Ho Chi Minh City, District 7. This role is to optimize, enhance, and stabilize their existing IT infrastructure. The role focuses on improving system performance, reliability, security, and efficiency across their organization:

- Analyze current IT infrastructure and identify areas for improvement.

- Optimize servers, storage, virtualization, and network configurations.

- Improve system reliability, availability, and scalability.

- Conduct system performance tuning and capacity planning.

- Enhance backup, disaster recovery, and security frameworks.

- Automate routine administrative tasks to improve efficiency.

- Troubleshoot recurring system issues and implement long-term solutions.

- Collaborate with IT and business teams to align system capabilities with operational needs.

- Document system architecture and optimization initiatives.

• Working hours from 7 AM to 4 PM (No traffic jams)
• No overtime. If employee has to be on duty on holidays, they’ll be added 3 AL for each working day.
• 60 days probation, then full time contract.

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

- 3+ years of experience in system engineering or infrastructure management.

- Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux server environments.

- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V).

- Understanding of networking fundamentals and system security.

- Experience with performance monitoring tools.

- English: Upper Intermediate

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with cloud environments (AWS/Azure) is an advantage.
