As a Senior Automation Test Engineer, you will play a key role in shaping how quality is engineered across our enterprise platforms. This is not just about writing tests—you’ll own automation frameworks, mentor engineers, and embed modern quality practices throughout the delivery lifecycle. Your work will directly impact the reliability and performance of mission‑critical systems used by utility providers worldwide.

*Note: This is a 5-day office-based role in An Khanh (Thao Dien), HCMC

What You’ll Do: 

• Own and evolve automation frameworks across UI, API, and integration layers
• Design and maintain scalable, reliable automated test suites
• Embed automation into CI/CD pipelines and drive shift‑left testing
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and code reviews for automation engineers
• Collaborate closely with Developers, DevOps, and Test Leads in Agile teams
• Drive continuous improvement, including AI‑assisted testing approaches

What You Bring:

• Strong experience in test automation using Java
• Hands‑on expertise with tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cucumber, Rest Assured
• Solid understanding of API, integration, and database testing (SQL)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with CI/CD pipelines
• Proven ability to mentor engineers and lift team capability
• Excellent communication skills and a quality‑first mindset
• Proficient in English both written and spoken

Nice to have:

• Exposure to AI‑assisted testing, cloud platforms (AWS), or DevOps practices
• Experience with performance or non‑functional testing
