We are looking for experienced Product Owner to join our product team, lead the delivery of AI and data-driven products in banking and finance in a complex enterprise environment. You will play a critical role in planning, execution, governance, and stakeholder communication, enabling teams to focus on delivering value while maintaining transparency and reporting for leadership.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business problems and translate them into specific requirements for AI and Data solutions.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring user stories are well-defined with clear acceptance criteria for data scientists and engineers.
• Act as a bridge between business teams and technical teams, ensuring that the business language is translated accurately into technical specifications.
• Guide development sprints, participate in planning to break down requirements into tasks, remove blockers, and monitor execution to ensure on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with QA and Data teams to define test scenarios and verify that the data/model output meets business expectations .
• Track product usage metrics and basic performance indicators to suggest improvements for the next versions.
• Work with the team to identify risks regarding data quality or logic gaps early in the process.
• Directly report the results, progress, and information of the above processes to the Director.

Salary & Allowances

• 13-month salary with annual performance bonus, project incentives, sales incentives (based on position)
• Lunch allowance: 730.000 VND/month
• Special occasion bonus: 2.500.000VND/year

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner in software product development.
• Strong data-driven mindset: comfortable working with numbers, logic and understanding basic data concepts..
• Experience working on data-intensive products is a big plus.
• Ability to write basic SQL queries to check data or analyze issues is a strong advantage.
• Proven ability to create clear user documentation (manuals, workflows) and manage Agile artifacts (user stories, backlog) using JIRA/Confluence.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical constraints to business stakeholders in a simple way.
• Eager to learn about AI/Machine Learning concepts and apply them to solve business problems.
• Ability to independently research & read documents, find solutions, and apply in work.
• Experience in Banking, Finance or Fintech projects is an advantage.
• Good English proficiency is a strong advantage.
• Prior experience working on AI projects is a big plus.
