For one of our clients, TOG recruitment is looking for a Technical Consultant (L100) to work in Ho Chi Minh City. As such, you always will be working with the latest proven technologies in a state of the art office with an open environment. Their client is specialized in helping businesses adopt AI solutions, leveraging the power of AI to enhance productivity and streamline operations. Their expert team provides comprehensive support and guidance to ensure a smooth transition and maximize the benefits of AI integration.

The Technical Consultant (L100) is an early-career, customer-facing technical role focused on understanding core platform services, delivering standard solution demonstrations, and supporting customers through basic troubleshooting and guided solution design activities. The role partners with internal teams to progress customer engagements, monitors solution usage, captures feedback, and ensures accurate pipeline/status updates in the CRM. The Technical Consultant (L100) executes tasks diligently, follows established processes, and grows technical and consultative skills through coaching and hands-on delivery. 

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience required. 

  • Experience: 2+ years in a technical role (e.g., technical support, junior developer, systems administrator). 

  • Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly and apply structured troubleshooting/problem-solving approaches. 

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications (on hire or within specified period): Foundational industry or Microsoft certifications preferred (L100).

Job Requirement

  • Technical depth (foundational): Solid grasp of core concepts and platform terminology; able to explain what the technology does, when to use it, and deliver standard demos confidently.  

  • Solution design & architecture (basic): Understands common solution patterns and can contribute to design discussions and POCs with guidance; focuses on well-defined scenarios rather than complex architectures.  

  • Business acumen (basic): Can connect technical capabilities to straightforward customer requirements and outcomes; communicates value in practical terms without needing to own full business case strategy.  

  • Communication & influence (strong for level): Communicates clearly with technical contacts, documents work well, and can describe steps taken and next actions; builds credibility through structured, professional interactions.
