Overview of job
Scrum Master chịu trách nhiệm điều phối, huấn luyện và hỗ trợ Agile Team thực hiện hiệu quả các nguyên tắc Scrum, Kanban, đảm bảo tính minh bạch, liên tục cải tiến và phối hợp chặt chẽ giữa PO, Development team và các bên liên quan nhằm chuyển giao giá trị sản phẩm/dịch vụ nhanh chóng và chất lượng cho khách hàng
- Thu nhập từ 25-28 tháng lương/năm
- Được đào tạo trend công nghệ mới

- Thời gian làm việc: 8 - 17h từ thứ 2 - thứ 6

Job Requirement
- Bằng cấp: ĐH chuyển ngành CNTT, QTKD, Tài chính, Ngân hàng
- Chứng chỉ: Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II); PMI-ACP; Product Owner / Product Manager (POPM)
Kỹ năng cơ bản:
- Hiểu vững Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe Framework.
- Kinh nghiệm sử dụng các công cụ quản lý Agile: Jira, Confluence,
- Có khả năng phân tích luồng công việc (workflow) và đề xuất cải tiến.
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp hiệu quả giữa PO, Development team, QA, BA các bên liên quan.
- Hiểu biết cơ bản về SP/DV ngân hàng, Fintech là một lợi thế.
Kỹ năng mềm:
- Giao tiếp, lắng nghe, giải quyết xung đột.
- Khả năng dẫn dắt cuộc họp và truyền cảm hứng.
- Tư duy hệ thống và tinh thần phục vụ.
Kinh nghiệm:
- Ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm làm trong môi trường Agile
- Từng làm việc với Agile team trong lĩnh vực ngân hàng, fintech hoặc doanh nghiệp CNTT lớn.
- Có kinh nghiệm trong Scaled Agile (SAFe) là lợi thế
