Overview of job
Project Management & Delivery
- Manage end-to-end project delivery lifecycle from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring to closure.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, resource plans, and risk management plans.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations.
- Coordinate with technical teams, vendors, business stakeholders, and customer representatives throughout project execution.
- Track project progress and proactively manage risks, dependencies, issues, and change requests.
- Organize and facilitate project meetings, steering committees, status updates, and project reporting.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the key contact point between internal teams and customers.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to clarify requirements, priorities, and project plans.
- Maintain effective communication and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Governance & Reporting
- Ensure project governance processes and delivery standards are properly followed.
- Prepare project documentation, status reports, meeting minutes, and project dashboards.

Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT Project Management or Software Delivery Management.
- Experience working with banking or financial services customers is preferred.
- Familiarity with SDLC, Agile/Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in complex project environments.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications is a plus.
- Good English communication skills is preferred.
