Are you the person who looks at a software error and immediately wants to query the database to see what's actually happening? We are looking for an Application Database Administrator to join our technical operations team. You will be a specialized technical liaison, deep-diving into our proprietary in-house applications to solve complex problems that automation hasn't reached yet.
Key Responsibilities
- Database Troubleshooting: Perform advanced SQL queries to investigate data discrepancies and correct record-level issues.
- Manual Interventions: Execute technical procedures and 'not-yet-automated' workflows to resolve application roadblocks.
- Technical Diagnosis: Analyze logs and system behavior to distinguish between user error, data anomalies, and bugs.
- Engineering Liaison: Work with Devs to document recurring issues and provide context for building permanent automated fixes.
- Knowledge Ownership: Maintain documentation for manual workarounds and unique domain logic.

Job Requirement
- Heavy SQL Proficiency: Comfortable with complex joins, updates, and investigative querying.
- 1-3 Years Experience: Proven track record in professional technical support environments.
- Basic Dev Knowledge: Ability to read code (Python/JS/etc.), understand APIs, and logical flows.
- Fluent English: Excellent written and verbal communication for a global team environment.
- Analytical Mindset: A passion for 'detective work' and solving application-specific mysteries.
