We are looking for Senior/Expert Frontend Engineers to drive the delivery of AI and data-driven products in banking and finance within a complex enterprise environment. As a Senior Engineer, you will bridge the gap between complex data models and seamless user experiences, ensuring scalability and excellence in every pixel.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Architect and lead frontend initiatives for the AI platform, shaping the overall frontend architecture and strategic technical direction for the product
- Build and optimize user interfaces for core platform workflows, including model management, deployment, and monitoring/observability dashboards
- Design, develop, and maintain a reusable component library and design system to ensure consistency across the entire platform
- Partner closely with backend teams and designers to shape API contracts and seamlessly translate product specifications into production-ready functionality
- Establish the frontend technical foundation, driving excellence in tooling, CI/CD pipelines, testing strategies, and performance budgets
Salary & Allowances
- 13-month salary with annual performance bonus, project incentives, sales incentives (based on position)
- Lunch allowance: 730.000 VND/month
- Special occasion bonus: 2.500.000VND/year

Job Requirement
Must have:
- 7+ years of experience in frontend development, with 3+ years of deep expertise in ReactJS
- Proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
- Deep understanding of React internals, including hooks, render lifecycles, and advanced re-render optimization techniques
- Strong experience with state management libraries, specifically React Query combined with Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or Jotai
- Proven track record of performance optimization, including memoization, code splitting, and lazy loading
- Experience writing comprehensive unit tests using Jest and React Testing Library
- Ability to transform Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive code with a solid understanding of basic accessibility (a11y) standards
- Expertise in modern styling solutions such as Tailwind CSS, CSS Modules, or CSS-in-JS
- Solid familiarity with Git, code review processes, and foundational CI/CD practices
- Demonstrate strong end-to-end project ownership with a proven commitment to delivering high-quality products from conception to launch
- Ability to make sound architectural decisions and clearly articulate the trade-offs involved to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to partner effectively with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams
Nice to have:
- Experience with End-to-End (E2E) testing using tools like Playwright or Cypress
- Prior experience working within a Monorepo architecture
