Job description
Overview of job
Masan Group is digitizing and standardizing how core corporate functions operate across the Group and its subsidiaries (WinCommerce, Masan Consumer, Masan MEATLife, Phúc Long, WinX). Your first assignment is the Legal Transformation program — building a centralized legal technology platform covering contract lifecycle management, entity and corporate records, matter management, compliance tracking, and document automation across a multi-entity, high-volume legal function.
This is not a single-project role. Once Legal reaches steady state, you will lead transformation programs for other Group functions. We are hiring a transformation PM who can be dropped into any function, build from zero, and deliver — repeatedly.
What You Will Do
- Stand up the program from scratch within the PMO framework: charter, scope, phasing, budget, resourcing, program-level governance, and success metrics — aligned with the Group functional head and executive sponsors
- Define the delivery roadmap across multiple entities and manage sequencing of rollouts by BU
- Proactively drive alignment across a wide stakeholder network: Group Legal, BU legal teams, IT/Information Security, Finance, external vendors, and executive leadership — without waiting to be asked
- Manage senior stakeholders with competing priorities; escalate with judgment, not by default
- Serve as the single point of accountability for program status, risks, and decisions needed
- Lead the delivery team (BA, technical resources, vendor teams) through discovery, platform selection/build, UAT, rollout, and adoption
- Run vendor selection and manage vendor delivery against contract and milestones
- Own risk and issue management, change control, and cross-entity dependency management
- Design and drive change management so the platform is actually used across BUs — training, communication, adoption tracking
- Capture the playbook from each program so the next function's transformation starts faster
- Build large-scale digital platforms powering one of Vietnam’s largest retail and consumer ecosystems.
- Work on complex transformation initiatives with high technical impact.
- Collaborate with strong engineering, product, and data teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Competitive compensation and strong career growth opportunities across Masan’s digital ecosystem.
Job Requirement
Must-Have
- 7+ years of project/program management experience, with at least 3 years leading enterprise transformation, platform implementation, or system rollout programs end-to-end
- Proven track record of starting programs from zero — not inheriting a running project — including standing up governance, plans, and teams
- Demonstrated ability to manage senior, cross-functional stakeholders across multiple entities or business units; you drive alignment proactively rather than reactively
- Experience managing external vendors/system integrators through selection and delivery
- Strong delivery discipline: planning, risk management, budget tracking, structured status reporting
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity with minimal direction; high ownership
- Fluent English and Vietnamese (working with both local teams and English-language documentation/vendors)
Preferred
- Experience transforming a corporate function (Legal, Finance, HR, Procurement) — Legal/CLM/compliance platform exposure is a strong plus but not required
- Consulting background (Big 4 / strategy / transformation advisory) or multi-BU corporate environment
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile delivery certification
- Experience in conglomerate or multi-entity environments in Vietnam

BUSINESS PROFILE
Masan Group’s has Vietnam as primary area of focus as Southeast Asia’s fastest growing economy.
Masan Group Corporation was incorporated in November 2004 under the name Ma San Shipping Corporation. We officially changed our name to Ma San Group Corporation in August 2009 and were successfully listed on the Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange on 5 November 2009. Our name was formally changed to Masan Group Corporation in July 2015 in order to be consistent with our corporate brand and practice. While the listed entity was formally incorporated in 2004, Masan, through our majority shareholder and our underlying operating businesses and their predecessor companies, has been in existence as a business group since 1996.
As Vietnam develops economically, our consumers and their needs continue to evolve, moving beyond daily essentials to a wider array of tailored products, services and experiences that reflect their modern lifestyles and aspirations. Consumers are also increasingly tech-savvy and value convenience. Anticipating these changes, Masan Group has gone beyond being a producer of branded consumer goods and is well on its’ journey to becoming an integrated offline-to-online consumer-tech ecosystem.
