Overview of job
- Architect and deploy robust, high-performance APIs (preferably using FastAPI) to handle intricate features like Review Bundles and precise visibility control.
- Design clean interfaces and implement strict dependency injection patterns using SOLID principles to keep our codebase modular, decoupled, and easily testable.
- Design, monitor, and optimize highly resilient, fault-tolerant message queuing systems to handle high-throughput background processing.
- Manage schema designs, write optimized queries, and maintain data pipelines across a diverse, multi-model database ecosystem.
- Lead code reviews, enforce strict engineering standards, and mentor mid-level/junior developers in clean coding practices.

Job Requirement
- Highly proficient in modern Python ecosystem developments (specifically Python 3.12 up to 3.14).
- Extensive, hands-on experience structuring, parsing, and validating complex data schemas using Pydantic.
- You must have hands-on, production experience with at least three (3) of the following database technologies:
- Neo4j (writing and optimizing Cypher queries)
- OpenSearch / Elasticsearch (for advanced search and indexing)
- Vector Databases (specifically Qdrant or Milvus for embedding storage and semantic search)
- MongoDB (for document-based storage and aggregations)
- PostgreSQL (specifically leveraging psycopg3 for asynchronous operations)
- Extensive experience using Celery combined with RabbitMQ (or Kafka) to build, scale, and debug complex, distributed, and highly fault-tolerant task pipelines.
- A deep understanding and strict, uncompromising application of SOLID design principles in day-to-day coding:
- Single Responsibility Principle (SRP)
- Open/Closed Principle (OCP)
- Liskov Substitution Principle (LSP)
- Interface Segregation Principle (ISP)
- Dependency Inversion Principle (DIP)
- Proven experience building clean abstractions, interfaces, and decoupling business logic from storage engines via the Data Access Layer (DAL).
Nice-to-Haves (Bonus)
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and managing multi-database container setups.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of system profiling, profiling memory leaks in Python, and API benchmarking.
