As an Automation Test Engineer, you'll help drive the reliability, scalability, and performance of solutions used by leading communications, energy, and utilities customers worldwide. Through automation, you'll enable faster releases, improve test coverage, and help development teams deliver high-quality software with confidence. 

Working closely with developers, testers, and project stakeholders, you'll design and enhance automated testing frameworks, build robust test suites, and identify opportunities to improve testing processes. Your contributions will have a direct impact on product quality, delivery speed, and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do 

• Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, and end-to-end testing. 
• Analyse business requirements and application components to determine effective automation testing approaches. 
• Enhance and maintain automation frameworks, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. 
• Execute automated test plans, track defects, and collaborate with teams to drive issue resolution. 
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and work closely with cross-functional teams throughout the development lifecycle. 
• Produce and communicate test results, quality metrics, and status updates to stakeholders. 
• Support knowledge sharing and contribute to testing best practices across the team.
• Support AI activities with AI teams for testing purposes.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in automation testing using Java and/or Python. 
• Experience designing, developing, and maintaining automation testing frameworks.
• Strong understanding of software testing principles, test design techniques, and quality assurance practices. 
• Experience testing web applications, APIs, and working with databases. 
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing integration. 
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. 
• Effective English communication skills with the ability to collaborate across global teams. 
• Experience working within Agile development environments.
