Teko Solution combines a modern engineering environment with a team of seasoned experts. We research and build technology products and solutions across Retail/E-commerce, Enterprise Solutions, Blockchain and Carbon Technology.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Design, build and operate complex systems and services that are highly performant, reliable and scalable.
• Own the product end to end — continuously profile and optimize code and full-stack performance (web rendering, components, UI/UX, API latency, database queries, caching, Core Web Vitals), and monitor, triage and resolve production incidents by digging into the hard technical problems underneath.
• Architect solutions and tackle complex technical problems. 
• Make effective use of AI tooling (Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to optimize productivity; review and verify the quality of AI-generated code and designs. Build shared AI agents, custom skills, templates and standards for your stack or for use across teams.
• Lead and mentor team members, review code and help grow their technical expertise.

• Negotiable salary according to qualification (13th-month salary + performance bonus);

• Working time: Monday to Friday (Flexible from 8:30 - 9:00 AM to 5:30 - 6:00 PM).

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Applied Mathematics or a related field.
• Problem Solving:
  - Strong fundamentals in Data Structures & Algorithms, with the logical reasoning to break down high-complexity technical problems that span multiple parts of the system.
  - System Design: Able to architect solutions from module/service level up to product/platform level.
  - AI Fluency: Hands-on with AI tooling, able to judge whether AI-generated code and architecture are sound, and able to apply AI effectively across requirement analysis, design, coding, debugging, testing and deployment.
• Proficient in at least one programming language and its surrounding framework ecosystem, with a solid grasp of the principles underneath; able to pick up and master new technologies or frameworks quickly as the project requires.
• Proactive, fast-thinking and adaptable, with clear communication skills and a strong sense of ownership.
