1. RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Technical Program Manager, you will:

Program Management

• Own end-to-end planning and execution of technical programs across the Backend Platform, covering the Agent Platform and core microservices.
• Own and manage the Backend Platform roadmap includes milestones, priorities, dependencies, and delivery plans.
• Manage timeline and delivery of core services that other squads/pods depend on and integrate with.
• Coordinate work across Backend and QA to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor progress, identify blockers and risks, and proactively drive resolution.
• Ensure program delivery meets agreed scope, timeline, quality, and business objectives.

Technical & System Architecture

• Own the microservices architecture and how services/components interact at a high level.
• Understand end-to-end flows of the Agent Platform and core services, including User, Payment, Transaction, Subscription, and third-party integrations.
• Manage backend services, databases, and APIs interact within a microservices system.
• Work with Tech Leads/Engineers to identify technical dependencies, architecture impacts, and potential risks.
• Translate technical discussions into clear priorities, action items, and delivery plans.

Cross-team Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with other squads/pods to gather integration requirements for core services, align on API contracts/interfaces, and manage integration timelines.
• Facilitate discussions around scope, priority, technical dependencies, and trade-offs across squads/pods.
• Communicate program status, risks, blockers, and key decisions to stakeholders and leadership.
• Ensure all teams have a shared understanding of priorities and expected outcomes.

2. JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Technical Project Management, Engineering Manager or similar roles in a software/product environment.
• Strong experience managing cross-functional technical teams, ideally involving Backend, QA, or platform teams.
• Experience coordinating across multiple squads/pods, especially where teams depend on shared/core services.
• Strong program planning, risk management, dependency management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good understanding of microservices architecture and end-to-end system flows; exposure to AI/agent platforms is a plus.
• Able to own architecture design, API flows, and follow technical discussions.
