Overview of job

• Architect and implement core platform services (microservices/APIs) for GenAI applications using Python.
• Build and operate enterprise information retrieval systems leveraging RAG architecture, Vector Search, and Embeddings.
• Integrate, fine-tune, and manage integration flows with major LLM provider APIs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.).
• Optimize prompt engineering and establish testing/evaluation workflows for AI output quality.
• Design data pipelines to power intelligent recommendations, advanced search, and workflow automation.
• Tweak and optimize backend performance, ensuring scalability, low latency, and high availability.
• Work closely with the Product team to translate business requirements into feasible technical solutions.

• Strong proficiency in asynchronous programming, API performance optimization, and relational database queries (PostgreSQL).
• Solid mindset in system architecture: Caching, Message Queues, Asynchronous Tasks, and High-Availability system design.
• Hands-on production experience in deploying LLM-powered applications.
• Deep understanding of Prompt Engineering, model evaluation methodologies (LLM Evaluation), and Embeddings.
• Excellent command of English across all 4 skills: Reading technical API/AI documentation, discussing technical solutions, and working directly with the team.
• Familiarity with or experience building systems with Go (Golang) (goroutines, channels, backend services) to optimize or transition ultra-high-performance modules is a big plus.
• DevOps & Infrastructure: Practical experience with Containerization & Orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Additional Expertise: Knowledge of Machine Learning algorithms, Recommendation Systems, or Large-scale Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineering teams to analyze business requirements, propose solutions, and turn them into optimized technical execution.
• Proactively research and stay up-to-date with the latest AI/LLM technologies to continuously enhance company products.
