- Able to organize ideas systematically and turn them into persuasive planning documents

- 100% salary during the probation period

Job Requirement
- At least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong logical thinking and analytical skills, with curiosity about results and the underlying causes behind them.
- Ability to organize ideas systematically and create persuasive planning documents.
- Good communication skills, with a proactive and positive working attitude.
- Interest in arcade idle games or experience in casual game design is preferred.
- Experience in project management.
- Good communication skills in Korean or English.
