Overview of job
- Participate in large-scale projects in the Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI) domain.
- Understand and document business processes and workflows, and define how they are reflected in current and future software solutions.
- Collaborate with clients, business users and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional/technical requirements.
- Work with PMs, Technical Leads and technical teams to design optimal solutions, including application mock-ups, wireframes and prototypes.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation (User Stories, BRD, URD, SRS) and user guides.
- Create and perform system tests.
- Conduct business/process analysis and provide insights to support project and management decisions.
- Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects.

Job Requirement
- At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Finance - Banking or related fields.
- Strong analytical, presentation, communication and time-management skills.
- Good command of either English or Mandarin Chinese is required.
- Familiarity with SQL and database management.
- Experience with large-scale web applications, system interfaces, and data integration.
- Experience writing BRD/SRS, process documentation and reports, and Business Process Modeling (decision tables/trees, data flows).
- Familiarity with project management methods (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Experience working with international clients, Hong Kong/ Taiwan is a plus.
