Mục tiêu vai trò:
- Dẫn dắt kiến trúc dữ liệu, Datalakehouse/Bigdata và Group Customer Data Platform (CDP) xuyên các công ty thành viên.
Trách nhiệm chính:
- Thiết kế kiến trúc dữ liệu, Datalakehouse/Bigdata, Group Customer Data Platform (CDP) xuyên các công ty thành viên.
- Chuẩn hóa mô hình & chất lượng dữ liệu, chia sẻ dữ liệu liên ngành phục vụ BI & Analytics Dashboard.
- Đồng hành các dự án Core ngành để đảm bảo dữ liệu sẵn sàng tích hợp vào hệ sinh thái dữ liệu chung Tập đoàn.

Job Requirement
Kinh nghiệm tối thiểu:
- 8–12 năm kinh nghiệm CNTT, trong đó tối thiểu 4 năm ở vai trò Data Architect / Lead Data Engineer.
- Có kinh nghiệm thực chiến xây dựng Datalakehouse/CDP quy mô doanh nghiệp (triệu bản ghi khách hàng).
Background ưu tiên: Ưu tiên kinh nghiệm tại ngân hàng, bảo hiểm, bán lẻ — các ngành có khối lượng dữ liệu khách hàng lớn và yêu cầu quản trị dữ liệu chặt chẽ.
Chứng chỉ ưu tiên:
- AWS Certified Data Analytics / Azure Data Engineer Associate / Google Professional Data Engineer.
- Databricks Certified Data Engineer, Cloudera CCA/CCP.
- DAMA-CDMP (Data Management) là lợi thế.
Cấp độ đề xuất: Chuyên gia bậc 3–4.
