We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Project Manager to lead and manage complex technical projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in managing software development or IT projects.

Responsibilities: 

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. 
• Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and risk management. 
• Coordinate and communicate with development, QA, design, and other teams to ensure smooth project execution. 
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and delays, and implement mitigation strategies. 
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. 
• Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives in agile environments. 
• Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular status updates. 
• Oversee technical documentation and ensure quality standards are maintained. 
• Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 
• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or in a similar role. 
• Strong technical background with understanding of software development lifecycle, APIs, cloud services, or relevant technologies. 
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. 
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. 
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project). 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification. 
• Experience with specific technologies relevant to our industry (e.g., AWS, Azure, Docker). 
• Knowledge of software architecture and system design.
