Overview of job

• Analyze business and system requirements to identify testing scope and create effective test scenarios and test cases.
• Execute manual testing for web/mobile applications, including Functional, Regression, Integration, Smoke, and UAT testing.
• Detect, document, track, and verify software defects throughout the development lifecycle.
• Work closely with Developers, Business Analysts, Product Managers, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure product quality.
• Participate in requirement reviews to identify gaps, ambiguities, and potential risks from a QA perspective.
• Prepare test reports and provide timely updates on testing progress, quality status, and identified issues.
• Contribute to improving QA processes, testing documentation, and best practices.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

• 24 ngày làm việc từ xa mỗi năm, linh hoạt và chủ động
• 12 ngày phép năm, cộng thêm các ngày nghỉ lễ theo quy định
• Giờ làm việc linh hoạt, từ Thứ 2 đến Thứ 6, đảm bảo cân bằng công việc – cuộc sống

• At least 1,5 years of experience in Software Testing, both in Manual & Auto test with a strong QA mindset.
• Background in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Experience in designing test scenarios, writing test cases, executing test plans, and managing defects.
• Familiarity with bug tracking and project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Redmine, or similar.
• Basic knowledge of databases and SQL for data validation.
• Basic understanding of RESTful APIs and experience using tools such as Postman for API testing is a plus.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
• Eager to learn new technologies and continuously improve testing knowledge
• Experience using AI to assist in writing/reviewing test cases, with the ability to verify AI output before use, is a plus.
• Experience in the payment or e-commerce domain is a plus.
