Overview of job
- Hỗ trợ Giám đốc nhân sự phân tích nhu cầu đào tạo, lập kế hoạch đào tạo
- Hỗ trợ thiết kế chương trình đào tạo sản phẩm/đào tạo chuyên môn
- Lập và biên soạn tài liệu đào tạo theo yêu cầu của Giám đốc nhân sự
- Có khả năng đứng giảng và trợ giảng cho các khóa đào tạo
- Sắp xếp và tổ chức các khóa đào tạo nội bộ và bên ngoài
- Theo dõi, đánh giá và báo cáo kết quả sau đào tạo tới giám đốc nhân sự
Job Requirement
- Có kỹ năng giao tiếp và thuyết trình tốt
- Có ít nhất 02 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương
- Có khả năng làm việc độc lập, trung thực
- Tốt nghiệp đại học trở lên, chuyên ngành Quản trị nhân sụ, kinh tế, ngoại thương
