Overview of job
- Understand non-functional requirements such as performance, scalability, security, extensibility, maintainability and consult Technical Leads to create solutions meeting those requirements for complex websites
- Design the web application based on architecture and requirements (design packages, modules, design sub systems…)
- Write design/implementation documentation
- Select the most appropriate technical solution (architecture, design approaches or preliminary designs) and then demonstrate proposed solution to the project manager and the development team.
- Establish the architecture of the software developed
- Review code
- Aid in creating prototype/test applications
- Adhere to strict delivery schedules
- Participate in design/code reviews
- Coding, implementing, maintain, and troubleshoot the website or web application
- Aid in creating prototype/test applications
- Make presentation/white paper for new tools/technology

Your Skills and Experience
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/IT
- 2 to 4 years experience in web development
- Expert in PHP, MySQL, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML
- Experience in PHP frameworks Symphony or Zend
- Aptitude to learn and understand new and emerging technologies
- Ability to work independently with strong problem solving skills. Must have excellent communication and presentation skills, a positive attitude, and ability to work effectively
- Drupal development, code Drupal modules using the framework
- Knowledge of a project management tools such as Jira / Rallye / Redmine / Wikis
- Knowledge of TDD, BDD, Scrum / XP, Git, Word, Excel
Must
- Easily understand written English such as customer requirements
- Occasionally write some internal deliverable in English
- Write external deliverable an such as user and customer documentation
- Easily Understand spoken English
