Including: building and deploying shared software; database system administration; management of telemetry data collection and exploitation systems; operating information technology networks, private-use telecommunications networks; IT equipment maintenance for the Office of the Southern Power Corporation (in Ho Chi Minh City) and 21 Provincial Power Companies from Ninh Thuan to Ca Mau (excluding HCMC).
