Established in 2002, Outsourceit International has helped Norwegian businesses to grow their workforce independent of local human resources available. In 2007, we opened our subsidiary in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, providing professionals here an opportunity to obtain international careers. 

Each candidate in Vietnam is recruited and employed exclusively for each individual client and these professionals work as an integrated part of the client's business, collaborating with their local employees from our office in Ho Chi Minh City.
