Your tasks:
• Manage the delivery of AON services and performing internal governance duties (steering committees, SLA compliance, incident management, continual service improvement etc.)
• Maintain internal & external customers’ satisfaction through solution-oriented mindset and improvement plans
• Create long-term and healthy internal & external customer relationship, acting as the bridge between them and our AON team, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Manage stakeholder expectations (Customers, Cocoon, Clusters, Board, third parties…)
• Follow AON service capacity and budget, prepare internal invoice, maintain/increase profitability.
• Support to enforce standard processes in daily operations and customize them to client’s requirements if needed
• Work in a professional environment with a worldwide team of experts
• Report directly to the Always-on team leader
Required skills:
• Good communication skills,
• Fluent in English, French, written and spoken
• Technical curiosity and strong project management skills
• Excellent problem-solving ability
• Being able to work in teamwork and being autonomous
• Rigorous and organized
• Office (Excel, PPT, word…)
Experience:
• At least 2 years of experience as Service Manager or equivalent
English
Speaking: Advanced - Reading: Advanced - Writing: Advanced
