The job of a Technical recruiter is to be able to search/screen/qualify candidates for IT positions; he/she also creates, reviews, reformats technical Job descriptions and support recruitment lead in resource planning and forecasting. These are some of the duties and requirements:
Key responsibilities:
• Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates
• Foster long-term relationships with candidates
• Review and understand technical job requirements
• Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met
• Create, review, update detailed job descriptions
• Follow up with candidates
• Maintain, expand and update CVs pool
• Participate in recruitment activities/ events and/or branding the company name
Requirements:
• Has at least 1+ year experience in recruitment field in the IT industry
• Ability to build strong relationships
• Ability to learn technical information
• Self-confidence and self-starter
• Very good at document processing (proofreading, editing and formatting)
• Very good written and verbal communication skills
• Very good at interviewing skills
• Friendly, open minded, good team player, and honest
• Good at English
• Bachelor degree in IT or equivalent preferred
