- Build the collection portfolio report.
- Enhance the collection portfolio, deploy/follow/manage the PILOT which is proposed from Team leader/Manager.
- Setting collection targets by stages, products, centers etc
- Review and approve Retail collection strategies, propose suggestions on collection strategies, including collection scorecard implementation
- Initiate champion-challenger campaigns in Retail collections
- Review efficiency of collection tools and processes
- Do audits/QC of collection operations, provide feedback to Collection Head and Head of RR
- Review third parties performance (outsource collection agencies)
- Budget Retail collection operations capacity
- Build Retail collections MIS
- Initiate IT improvements on collection automation
- Participate in collection infrastructure projects

Background:
