You will be a vital part of the TIBCO Software’s internal global Helpdesk team, providing support to staff in all office locations on company supported applications, software and hardware.
Primary responsibilities include: Managing support calls/tickets, troubleshooting applications and systems.
You will have excellent troubleshooting and resolution skills, with the ability to distinguish between different problem types and provide excellent customer service.
