The Revenue team at Katalon works with new and existing businesses of all shapes and sizes.
The Online Sales Manager will manage online sales product portfolios to help Katalon delight, retain, and earn customer loyalty. He/she is truly passionate about Software-as-a-Service. He/she is a self-starter who has demonstrated success in dealing with ambiguity, operating in a high-growth environment and solving limited oversight problems. The successful candidate will have a record of success in improving processes and adoption and reporting to the VP of Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for new customer acquisition (online channels) and driving new revenue by enabling smooth collaborations with cross-functional teams.
- Make complex contractual, technical, and financial details sound simple with your interpersonal and communication skills.
- Manage online communication channels to deliver a high-quality customer experience towards the online user (self-served)
- Understand and advocate for the needs of online users and organizations to drive renewal, potential expansion, and referral opportunities.
- Manage online users’ portfolios and experiences by enabling/improving the autonomous user journey.
- Generate initiatives to enhance and/or maintain sales processes, preparing materials, reports.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Commerce, Business, Economics, Sales and Marketing, International Trade or relevant major.
- Technology field online sales/marketing experience working with technical roles.
- Experience in managing product portfolios, excellent project management, communication skills, and analytical skills.
- Ability to develop creative campaigns and programs
- Ability to work well in collaborative settings
- Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment.
- Strong interest in technology.
- Fast learner with a high level of energy, positivity, and curiosity.
- Must be adaptable, professional, courteous, motivated, and work well on their own or as a member of a team.
- Excellent English (above IELTS 6.5)
Bonus Points:
- Experience with Selenium, TestNG, Integrated Development Environment, Software Test Automation, CI/CD is highly desired.
