BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
• Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
• Research and develop new markets (especially in Finance and Banking sector) and improve sales.
• Deliver sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
• Visit clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services
• Develop quotes and proposals for clients
• Follow up quote, clarification and negotiation on terms and close
deal and contract.
RELATIONSHIP MAINTAINANCE
• Increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones
• Negotiate all contracts with prospective clients.
• Help determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
• Prepare and submit sales contracts for orders.
• Obtain deposits and balance of payment from clients.
• Maintain client records.
• Answer client questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Bachelor in IT, Telecom with major in Security, AI, IoT, Big data; or related majors (Business Management, Banking and Finance).
• From 3-4 years in sales position for enterprise customers /OR experience as Account Manager for enterprises customers.
• Experience in a software/IT solutions in a foreign company or a similar business environment is a big plus.
• Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
• Experiences in commercial quotation, bidding, negotiation, contract.
• A commitment to excellent customer service.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Great interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
• Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
• Networking with key players such as telco, banks, financial, insurance, security firms, government sectors will be a plus.
• Good Vietnamese and English communication (both writing and speaking)
