Overview of job
We are looking for a talented Data Analyst to join the Product Team. The successful candidate will join the Growth Analysis team working on business intelligence and customer analytics, driving deep understanding and improvements across our products and business processes. The role will primarily involve analysing and visualising both on-chain and off-chain data across multiple sources to identify interesting patterns and trends to support product decision making
What you will do:
- Apply your expertise in data mining (especially on-chain), and data visualization to extract insights on our users that can help with our product decisions.
- Understand the day-to-day issues that our product faces, which can be better understood with data
- Develop clear visualizations to convey complicated data in a straightforward fashion
- Setting up and operating Google Analytics / Mix Panel to display dashboards and funnel user experience
- Work together primarily with the Product team, but also with Marketing, Strategy and Business Development teams to assist them with their ad-hoc requests
- Identify the key metrics to measure the different aspects of the product
- Conduct an analysis of our competitors
- Salary review once per year in January
