Job Purpose
Applications problem resolution to all Vietnam users by performing question/problem diagnosis and guiding users through step-by step solutions; clearly communicate technical solutions in a user-friendly, professional manner; provide one-on-one end-user training as needed; and perform related work as required.
Key Responsibilities
Be responsible for responding to technical problems that occur abruptly and require immediate solutions
Qualifications (Basic Degree/Diploma etc): Bachelor's Degree in IT.
