Be responsible for conducting and delivering key training sessions (products, sales processes, soft skills,etc..) for ATALINK customers /partners and Sales Team
Based on clients' requirement, present the affective solutions to clients
Communicate with and meet with clients when needed. Collect as much information about the client's business as possible. Apply appropriate changes to requirements following company scope and product development orientation
Work on projects with internal (CS, BA, S&M) and external team, constantly recommend solutions for improvement.
Ensure to fully support CS team working under Account Manager to perform the function of gathering customer requirements, analyzing, classifying, conveying all requests or suggestions about products to BA and Development team in a constructive, simple and effective way following ATALINK’s compliance and standard
Minimize the support of BA and Developer in receiving and updating project information for customers
Connect team members through team building and non-work activities
Support Customer Support Team with technical knowledge
Any other tasks assigned
Job Requirement
Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Information Management System or Business Administration
Certified Management Consultant or other is a plus
+ 3 years of business analysis and customer relationship management experience in product development
Familiar with Solutions/Products of top vendors in industry such as CRM, DMS, ERP is a plus
Good knowledge of software engineering
Good business process modeling skill
Strong communication, mentoring, and negotiation skills with stakeholders
Good at problem solving and consulting
Attention to detail, organization skill and easy to talk to people
