・Passionate about coding and enjoy solving challenging problems for diverse projects
・More than 3 years of experience building Web applications with PHP for Japanese offshore projects
・Strong and hands-on experience with at least one of the PHP frameworks (i.e Laravel, CakePHP, Yii, Codeigniter, Symfony, etc.)
・In-depth understanding of object-oriented programming and proficient in using design patterns
・In-depth knowledge of MySQL and proficient in writing, optimizing SQL query with high performance
・Familiar with responsive Continuous Integration (i.e Jenkins, etc.) and Source code Control (i.e Git, etc.)
・A passion for system architecture as well as driven attitude towards learning new web technologies
・Ability to grow up team members through pair programming and code reviews
・Flexibility between working independently and team work
▽ Nice to have
・Experience in Requirement Analysis, System Design or even Test Design
・Knowledge in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX, etc. and Javascript ・Framework (i.e React.js, Angular, Vue.js, etc.)
・Ability to work independently
・Familiar with Unix-type operating systems (i.e CentOS)
・Previous leadership/management experience is a major plus
・Good English or Japanese skills
