• Take ownership of your tasks to drive them to completion.

• Be mindful about SLAs and deadlines on tickets and tasks.
• Maintain good documentation on technical procedures and processes.
• Support 24x7 operations by receiving incident escalations from Level 1.
• Be mindful about the opportunity to automate day-to-day operations.
• Contribute to new projects in an engineering capacity under the guidance of architects.
• Willing to represent the team in occasional meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay up to date on technical skills via continuous learning.
• Train junior team members to share knowledge.
