Job description

Overview of job

Collaborate with business units to analyze requirements and identify technology solutions; design and build smart contract logic and related Core Banking resources; collaborate with other technical teams to work with related API integrations; perform detailed analysis of integration requirements for all systems associated with the Core Banking solution.
Conduct in-depth research and understanding of all features, tools, and development-related functionalities of the solution; contribute to the development of user manuals and provide training to operational staff.
Monitor and provide early warnings of potential risks, proposing solutions to mitigate them within the scope of work.
Assist in the creation of data conversion tools and coordinate the migration process from old Core Banking systems to the new platform.
Execute additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management in support of the project's goals.

Job Requirement

At least 3 years of proven experience as a Backend Developer or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge and expertise in the Python programming language.
Possession of the Thought Machine Vault Foundation Certification is highly desirable.
Experience in Smart Contract development is a significant plus.
A solid understanding of fundamental design principles for building scalable applications.
Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
Prior experience in the banking or finance sector is strongly preferred.
Proficient in creating technical specification documents, including ERD, Database schema, Swagger APIs, etc.
Experience in testing methodologies and frameworks.
Hands-on experience with at least one web framework, data engineering, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
English proficiency at an intermediate level or higher, particularly in reading technical documentation and communication with international colleagues.
