For one of our clients, TOG recruitment is looking for a .NET Team Leader to work in Ho Chi Minh city. As such, you always will be working with the latest proven technologies in a state of the art office with an open environment. Our client is an international IT outsourcing company, based in the Netherlands with main office located in Ho Chi Minh city. Established since 2005, they have successfully delivered services across Netherlands, Switzerland, Ireland, Japan and Asia Pacific. Their client specializes in Legal Document Management Systems, assisting legal professionals worldwide in working more efficiently with the tools they are already familiar with. As a team leader, you will be the contact point for all team members, so your communication skills should be excellent. You should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration.

Your responsibitlies:
• Creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
• Monitoring team performance to identify and help resolve system problems.
• Working with higher level-managers to report and discuss team’s work status and progress.
• Ability to guide and inspire the team, be able to conduct sprint plans, produce status reports, and take accountability on team commitments and goals.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and foster a positive work environment.
Job Qualifications
• Over 3 years of experience in Lead Team or other positions related.
• At least 3 years of experience in Scrum Master role.
• Above 8 years of experience in C#.
• Microsoft .NET, .NET Core, SQL Server.
• Microsoft Azure DevOps/ Github.
• Experience with ReactJS.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps) is a plus.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
