Overview of job

Stakeholder Collaboration: Define project goals, understand business/user needs, and clarify design requirements through discussions, brainstorming, or documentation.

UX Research:

• Analyze user behavior and emotions through products and market trends.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of Empathy Maps, User Journeys, or UX Artifacts for large/complex projects.
• Derive conclusions, identify issues, and propose UX improvement solutions.

Design Execution:

• Information Design: Independently create IA, User Flows, etc., based on research and defined directions for large/complex projects.
• UI Design: Use UI Kits and design systems to deliver detailed design requirements aligned with project goals.
• Interaction Design: Utilize prototyping tools (Figma, Origami) to build interaction models, support testing, and complete interaction designs independently.
• Ensure Optimized Design: Manage requirement changes, optimize solutions, present designs to stakeholders, and support process improvements to maintain quality and efficiency.

Design System:

• Build/update complex components in the Design System/UI Kit to meet design needs.
• Test and validate development outcomes of UI Kit components across relevant environments.

Analyze User Feedback: Develop tools to measure usability, monitor feedback, and analyze data to propose improvements and follow-up UX research.

Process Improvement: Participate in meetings and collaborate to enhance workflows and optimize processes for assigned projects.
